Any information shared with clients or candidates is done only when it is relevant to the hiring process and necessary to move forward with potential agreements or employment arrangements.

We do not sell or distribute your data outside the scope of our services. However, by using Gemcruit, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with relevant parties as part of the recruitment and contracting process.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but you understand that no system is completely secure.

Your use of Gemcruit implies your consent to this use of information within the context of our services and any related contractual engagement.

Terms & Conditions | Gemcruit

By using Gemcruit, you agree to enter a professional relationship governed by the following terms.

Gemcruit acts as an intermediary in the recruitment process, connecting companies with candidates. Any employment contract, agreement, or working relationship established is strictly between the company and the candidate.

Gemcruit is not a direct employer and is not a party to any employment agreement, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written contract.

While we aim to provide qualified candidates and relevant opportunities, we do not guarantee hiring outcomes, job performance, or business results.

Clients and candidates are responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and agreeing on all contractual terms, including compensation, responsibilities, and working conditions.

Any misuse of the platform, including providing false information, misrepresentation, or breach of trust, may result in termination of access and potential legal action where applicable.

Gemcruit reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.

Non-Circumvention | Gemcruit

By using Gemcruit, you agree not to bypass or circumvent the platform in any way.

Any candidate introduced to a client through Gemcruit is considered a Gemcruit introduction. Accordingly, the client agrees not to directly or indirectly hire, engage, or enter into any agreement with that candidate outside of Gemcruit without prior written consent.

This applies for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction.

If a client proceeds with hiring or engaging a candidate introduced by Gemcruit outside of the platform within this period, the full recruitment fee becomes immediately due, as if the hire was completed through Gemcruit.

This clause applies regardless of whether the engagement is direct or indirect, including through third parties, referrals, or alternative arrangements.

Gemcruit reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any unpaid fees resulting from a breach of this clause.
